It is a figural puppy dog that is all hand carved in the Black Forest of Germany. It has rotating eyes for hands. It is a wind-up. The clock measures 6" tall x 4" wide x 4" deep. It is made by Oswald Uhrenfabrik. Works intermittently—a few small chips in the wood (the biggest chip is on  the back of his foot. Not visible if he's facing you).
